How to Increase Penis Girth & Length with V-Jelqs

The V-jelq is another great exercise to increase both penis girth and length, in fact it’s one of my favourite penis enlargement exercises. You can do it in conjunction with the plain ole’ jelq and stretching exercises for a great all-around workout.

Do V-Jelqs to Increase Penis Girth

Make sure you are properly warmed up before you start. You must be sitting to perform this exercise, and you must NOT do this with a fully erect penis unless you want to hurt yourself.

Here’s how you do the exercise:

  1. Form a V around the base of your penis (first pic), and then curl your fingers upwards (second pic):
  2. Your penis should be pointing up towards the ceiling and the palm of your hand facing your abdomen.
  3. Slowly move the grip up your penile shaft, pushing blood towards the glans (head). This should take about 3 to 5 seconds.
  4. As with normal jelqs, you stop right before you reach the penis head. You don’t want to jelq the head.
  5. And lastly, repeat it with your other hand.
 Some key points to remember:
  • You don’t need to try and squeeze with your fingers, since the V-grip pushes blood up the penis without having to squeeze.
  • Always use some kind of lotion, otherwise it will be hard on your skin.
  • If you do the exercise correctly, you should be squeezing on the sides of your penis.
  • The first couple of times you do the V-jelq, you might find it hard not to get fully erect while doing the exercise. This is completely normal, and if it happens just wait until you lose the erection and then continue.

With the V-jelq you’re pushing blood and stretching the penis at the same time, which makes it one of the best penis girth exercises, with some extra length gains as well. So if you want to have the perfect penis girth to wow the girls, then you must include V-jelq in your arsenal of exercises.

Even though this is a great exercise, just doing this alone won’t cut it. Same as if you wanted to build muscles, you need to follow a well thought-out exercise routine. There are several penis exercise programs out there but the one that I joined was Penis Advantage, and since it worked for me I never had to look for another one. I’ve gained about 1.6 inches in girth since I became a member of PA, not to mention a considerable increase in length as well. They are selling it at a discount right now and I don’t know how long it will last — maybe for a long time, maybe not. I know it’s still a bit pricey, but as far as I’m concerned it was worth every penny.
